Allison and Calvin own SoulFully Vegan, a food truck, that serves people here in Connecticut (and beyond!).
The food they make is vegan, and 100% plant-based. None of their food comes from animals.

They bring their food truck to different places. People order food at the window, and their team makes it for them inside their portable kitchen. They chop, sizzle, and assemble each order.
When the food is ready, they call out the customer’s name!
This food is served right from the grill!
Both Allison and Calvin also have meetings to plan how they can make their food tastier, more responsible, and even more thoughtful.
They both care about giving back to their community, so they brainstorm with others on how to make the most impact.
Allison and Calvin want people to try different options of traditional food, and help them take the right step to healthier eating!
